I know from “ Get timely alerts ” that the watch app can be woken up, but it assumes Bluetooth is connected, and waking up the watch app in the background from a change in the feature value doesn't fit my scenario.
For “Restart scanning and move the phone outside of Bluetooth range, then bring it back in range.”. If the watchapp is hibernated or killed after the phone leaves the Bluetooth range, then bring it back, will the watchapp wake up and turn on Bluetooth scanning?

I know. But if it's far away and watchAPP can't scan for a Bluetooth device in the background for a long time, and then is frozen or terminated by watchOS(?), and then when the watch is brought close to the Bluetooth device, can watchAPP be woken up in the background to continue scanning? If not, what can I do to achieve this?
